Our challenge: Our client, a household name financial services brand, was looking for a marketing solution to drive new cardholder acquisitions, as well as ensuring minimum spend on their new card.
A FREE treat on us on your birthday
We developed a channel where qualifying customers could claim a free coffee, a box of chocolates or a photobook. Customers were then sent an email on their birthday with a choice of treats. Once the customer has chosen their treat they were emailed a special voucher so that they can claim gift of their choice.
The client saw an exceptional increase in new card applications, as well as an impressive increase in spend.
